The platform will remain fully available throughout - you can continue to log in, access courses, and use the API as normal.
During a short period within this window, background events may take longer than usual to process. This can briefly delay things like notifications, integration and webhook delivery, and reporting updates. No data is lost - any delayed events are processed automatically once maintenance completes.
